Gettysburg Bike Week celebrates 20 years of being the premier motorcycle rally in the country. The Allstar Events Complex, Gettysburg, PA hosts the anniversary rally. It starts on Thursday, July 9, 2020 and runs through Sunday, July 12, 2020. Event organizers brought in heavy-hitting music acts to help GBW celebrate this special occasion.

Kelly Shue, GBW event coordinator, says that “we’re really excited for our musical guests to this milestone.” It’s hard to believe that it’s been twenty years since the last rally. This year’s rally will mark the 20th anniversary of the event. And I feel like we are just beginning.

The Atomic Punks will be Thursday’s headliner. They are the premier Van Halen tribute band. TAP, which focuses on the early David Lee Roth-era VH (the Atomic Punks), were voted Best Tribute band three years in succession by LA’s Rock City News. David Lee Roth has also praised them and borrowed their guitarists for solo tours. Original VH bassist Michael Anthony has performed live with The Punks multiple times. This is the closest thing you will get to 1980s Van Halen during the new millennium.

Jasmine Cain will be Friday night’s co-headliner. Vixen, a classic Los Angeles glam band, will also take the stage. They will be performing their 80s hair metal. Vixen, a perennial staple in the Billboard Hot 100 of the late 1980s, has been called “the female Bon Jovi”.

Oklahoma’s Hinder will be the final headliners Saturday. They will bring their explosive mix of hard rock and post-grunge to the GBW crowd. York, PA’s Small Town Titans will join Hinder on Saturday. They are a rock and roll power trio that loves to live perform. The Small Town Titans are a rock n’ roll power trio who love to play live. They draw inspiration from newer bands like Highly Suspect and Royal Blood as well as rock legends like the Foo Fighters, Audioslave and Deep Purple.

Jack Schitt, the legendary emcee, will once again be master of ceremonies throughout the week at the Budweiser Stage. Gin Gypsies will serve drinks, and rally-goers can look forward to performances by the International Bikini Team and heavy competition in the Cycle Source Ride-In Bike Show and Mini-Bike races; as well as the Parade of Chrome. Online passes for one, two, and four-day passes can be purchased at Battlefield Harley Davidson (21 Calvary Field Road in Gettysburg bike week), and at the gate during the event.

Great riding is the cornerstone of any rally, and Gettysburg boasts some of the finest. There are hundreds of miles of great riding around the East, so no matter if you want to visit historic battlefields or simply cruise the roads for some amazing rides, there is plenty of it. GBW offers great solo riding as well as fantastic group rides such the Pink Journey of Lights or Stars of Hope Charity Rides.
